The Panamanian horseman rewards the best in 2023

The work and dedication of the riders on the track was recognized by the Equestrian Organization of Panama (OEP), declaring the jumping champions for 2023 in different categories, after the last competition of the season held at Metropolitan Park.

In the adult B category, the 2023 champion was Lina Rojas on the back of Mostakkato D’enfer; followed by Mauricio Restrepo in Nashville and Heraclio Barletta in Naples, second and third.

Additionally, Carolina Ruiz on Cincinatti Z and José Gregorio Sánchez on Invicta finished first and second, respectively, in the 1.20m width category.

In Pre-Infantile A, Beatriz Pacanins riding K Bonito was the best in 2023.

There were also winners in Pre-Infantile B, where this year’s champion was Paulina Arcila in Zazu.

In the 0.80 wide category, Winsleth Velásquez on Dakota was the champion, followed by Victoria Valdivieso on Chumpin Jack Flash and Isabella Arcila on Gurkha. In a wide range of 0.70 the winner was Elise Victoria Van Hulle with Merlin, Clio Urrutia in Sinera and Victoria Rueda in Perla.
