A team of Nicaraguan Olympic boxing The national team of Panama will compete in international training on Friday, September 22 and Saturday, September 23, which will be held in the gym. Panthers Boxing located in Villa Lucre.
The team from Nicaragua arrived last Wednesday in Panama and settle in a local hotel to then do their training and medical examinations for the first fights, which will take place on Friday, September 22, from 6:00 p.m.
For Saturday, September 23, the actions start at 15:00 and will be broadcast nationally on the SERTV Channel 11 signal.
A total of 12 international fights are expected, complemented by the fights of domestic boxers who are growing in national Olympic boxing in categories such as youth and cadets.
General admission is B/. 5.00 for this important international training that serves both delegations for future international engagements, incl Pan American Games Santiago 2023 in Chile..
This event is possible thanks to the efforts Panama Olympic Boxing Federation in cooperation with Nicaraguan Federationsupport of Panthers Boxing and Pandeportes.
Panama’s Olympic boxing team for the Pan American Games consists of: Atheyna Bylon (75 kilograms), Yulieth Hinestroza (50 kilograms), Kiria Cortés (66 kilograms), Christopher Simmons (63 kilograms) and Eduardo Beckford (71 kilograms).
