The expected Panama salary for August was $1,019

In the junior segment, production program positions are those with the highest salary of $1,100.

According to seniority, the lowest salaries for this month are shown as follows:

In the Chief/Supervisor, Compensation and Payroll segment, it is the lowest paying position, at $850. In the senior/semi-senior segment, there is the Gastronomy position with USD 625. In the junior segment, the Procurement position is at $600 and records the request for the lowest salary.

During the month of August, the registration of women (52.03%) was higher than the registration of men (47.97%). Applications women are more for lower levels of seniority with junior positions. While the number of male applications for both bosses/managers and higher/semi-higher levels is higher.
