Basketball is still in “crisis” in the elections yesterday Panama Basketball Association (Fepaba) for the next cycle, but this is not done.
The election was to be held in the assembly hall Lloyd La Beach in Pandeportes, but it could not be implemented due to lack of “quorum”.
Yesterday near the hall Lloyd Beachseveral people from the basketball family waited outside to find out that the election didn’t even happen.
There are 9 provinces in basketball, but 4 of them are in the process of competition.
That is, if the elections were to be held with 5 provinces, the majority out of 9 is 5.
But pandeportes only 4 provinces showed up for the vote, there was no “quorum”. While this Thursday, August 31, was the last day for elections, now they will have to call the general assembly and elect a new Board of Directors.
Among the candidates for president Fepaba, Abdiel Batista was there.
