“We are confident that in 2023, this convention center, with its world-class infrastructure that is unique in the region, will achieve even better results by integrating the private sector into the efforts, through this new working commission,” Eskildsen said in his speech.
for his part, Rodolfo Del Valle, General Manager of the Panama Convention Centerhe emphasized the need for joint work, between the public and private sectors, in order to achieve the goals that will be established as a result of this commission, which he assured “will be ambitious”, but with the common purpose of influencing the sustainable development of the country.
Del Valle pointed out that Panama meets the requirements of the entire value chain that organizers need to fulfill to hold their events.
He added that with this current vision and solid plan, the country will cease to be a destination in the making and become a destination in development and complete consolidation in this tourist market.
