Panamanian golfers rule the Central American tournament

A team of Panama, won the title IV edition of Los Volcanes Golf Cup held at Club Campestre La Lima in Honduras with the participation of players from seven Central American countries.

The delegation consisted of: Raúl Carbonell, Lucca González, Jean Louis DucruetJean Paul Ducruet, Eduardo Arango P., Ricardo Arrocha as substitute and captain Eduardo Walo Arango.

The first two days of the competition Panama was an escort Costa RicaHe ended up winning the championship though, finishing with -17 shots, followed by Guatemala -9 and Ticos -7.

The best players of the tournament in the individual branch for Panama, They were: Lucca González (-1) who was in third place and Raúl Carbonell (+2), who was in seventh place.

For their part, the ladies dominated the tournament from day one, finishing the 4 days of competition at 43 shots over par, followed by Guatemala at 102 shots over par.
