“Restrictions can be imposed judicially due to any sanctions – tax, rent arrears and so on. I believe it is precisely because of Alla Pugacheva’s debt for the rented land. To enforce financial obligations, the legislator blocks the sale and purchase transaction. In any case, restrictions are imposed only by the court, and they are carried out by bailiffs, ”explained Andrey Alyoshkin, a star lawyer, in an interview with KP.
Alla Pugacheva has been living with her family in Israel since February last year. The singer was not banned from returning to Russia.
