The graduate of the reality show “Dom-2” became a mother for the second time. She is raising her son Robert from Alexander Gobozov. Now the twenty-nine-year-old blogger is happy in a relationship with musician Max (Markus) Mechenkov. The daughter became the couple’s first joint child. Aliana responsibly prepared for the addition to the family. She chose the clinic in advance, she was always in contact with experts.
Ustinenko assured that everything turned out exactly as she imagined. However, she believed that she would give birth earlier. At eight in the morning, the singer went into labor. She watched their intensity. At first Aliana thought these contractions were training.

“After a few hours the contractions continued. One per hour. I decided to take it slow. Just in case. I showered and cleaned myself. And she started waiting. Robert went, Marcus was at work. The contractions didn’t stop all day. They were rare 1-2 per hour but painful. Godmother Roberta came to us and took him in when we went to the hospital. Marcus arrived. Things are ready,” Aliana explained.

At four in the morning, the girl had already left for the clinic, she was on CTG. Despite the fact that contractions were frequent, there was no labor activity. It turned out that the child had problems.

“A bubble was stretched over the baby’s head, preventing it from passing through the birth canal, even though it was already looking for a way out. They said we will watch for another 4 hours then decide what to do. Alternatively, puncture the bubble. I went to the antenatal ward. It was not clear whether I would give birth in the near future or not, ”said Ustinenko.

She was taken to the delivery room. The former participant of the popular TV show felt comfortable in a room that looked like home. Max was next to the chosen one. The midwife performed all the necessary manipulations and the doula made tea and massaged. Aliana moved from the bed to the bathtub to ease the pain. The contractions became stronger but smoother, the bubble remained taut.

“A few minutes passed before it was decided whether to puncture the bubble or not. The condition was shock, as if I was under strong drugs. Sometimes I panicked, but the obstetrician and doula wouldn’t let me do that. For me, they were like lights in the darkness that led me to the birth of a new life,” said Aliana.

She listened carefully to the mentors, the whole team breathed with her. The girl was very sick, she changed positions in the bathroom. As a result, the bubble burst and the waters receded. Ustinenko did everything to help the child be born.

“At 10:40 our angel was born, our girl, so beautiful, first cry. She was wrapped in my dad’s t-shirt and placed on my chest, time stopped. Then we had the golden hour. Mom, dad and daughter. And so we lay, enjoyed, talked, it was simply impossible to breathe. We didn’t sleep for 2 days, we were tired, but inside there was such adrenaline, brain oxytocin. We will never forget this day,” added Aliana.
