The beginning of the Gastrofest Gourmet Alliance Fest: Olesya Kozhina-Boslovyak and other stars at the gala evening in Moscow 20.03.2023, 19:20

Last week, a dinner for four was held at the main restaurant La Provincia, whose kitchen was set up by the owner of the Michelin star, the legendary Paolo Casagrande. The evening was timed to the beginning of the gastronomic festival Gourmet Alliance Fest and the dishes for it were the responsibility of the brand chef Vladimir Khokhlov and the chef Nikolay Domnin.

Thanks to their efforts, star guests, including Victoria Davydova, Ana Turazashvili, Victoria Polyakova, Anar, Kristina Shapovalova, Evgeny Zabolotny, Petr Romanov, Grisha Super, Denis Vlasenko, Irina and Stanislav Pisarev and others, were transported for several hours. on the way to fairytale Italy.

The gala dinner started with sweet shrimp crudo with black caviar and sea urchin and foie gras in a truffle-cabbage broth with artichokes and continued with glazed quail with spring vegetables and pink veal with parsnip puree and bottarga. The last chord yesterday was an impeccably light dessert – cheesecake with gorgonzola, lavender ice cream and salted caramel.

The Gastrofestival Gourmet Alliance Fest will last for 3 weeks and will end on April 6. During this time, guests will be able to taste dishes in thirteen successful conceptual projects of the Gourmet Alliance restaurant group: Mario Village, La Provincia, Tartufo, Noriko, Figo, Mziuri, Tutta la Vita, Villa Pasta, Bella Pasta and Cafe De Marco. The chefs of the establishments will present their author’s sets – it will be a new reading of the dishes with an emphasis on the brightness of the presentation depending on the concept of the project.
