
Last week, a dinner for four was held at the main restaurant La Provincia, whose kitchen was set up by the owner of the Michelin star, the legendary Paolo Casagrande. The evening was timed to the beginning of the gastronomic festival Gourmet Alliance Fest and the dishes for it were the responsibility of the brand chef Vladimir Khokhlov and the chef Nikolay Domnin.

The Gastrofestival Gourmet Alliance Fest will last for 3 weeks and will end on April 6. During this time, guests will be able to taste dishes in thirteen successful conceptual projects of the Gourmet Alliance restaurant group: Mario Village, La Provincia, Tartufo, Noriko, Figo, Mziuri, Tutta la Vita, Villa Pasta, Bella Pasta and Cafe De Marco. The chefs of the establishments will present their author’s sets – it will be a new reading of the dishes with an emphasis on the brightness of the presentation depending on the concept of the project.
