The former spouses resolved all issues related to the upbringing of the boy. Denis assured that the breakup of his marriage was not connected with betrayal. On the contrary, Matrosov himself was very passionate about family life.

“There were times when I was so dissolved in my family that priorities shifted and I decided, for example, to build a house and not go on set. I turned down projects because I thought: who will check everything on the construction site? said Denis.

In his opinion, such tactics were flawed. Over time, he realized that he had forgotten himself. Matrosov believes that he rejected simple pleasures and was too worried about what was happening in his house.

“Now I understand that it was not entirely right on my part, because the more I went on, the more I turned into a domestic person, the kind of person who has everything under control in his native walls, but at the same time forgets that I need them to go and buy a new suit or treat yourself to some other nice thing, which is sad, “said Matrosov.

The actor compared himself to one of his characters. Especially with the hero of the movie “Householder”. According to the plot, he threw himself headlong into household chores while his wife ran her business. Sailors became so accustomed to the image that it took on some features.
