Deadly diet: how the first beauty of USSR cinema Anna Samokhina lost weight for star roles

Do not treat yourself! In our articles, we gather the latest scientific data and opinions from authoritative health experts. But remember: only a doctor can diagnose and prescribe treatment.

In the 90s and zero, Anna Samokhina was rightfully called an actress of amazing beauty. The star has always kept a close eye on herself and despite her love of delicious food, she immediately took tough measures if she found herself putting on even a kilo.

Samokhina urgently needed to get in shape before filming or performing on stage. For a quick result, Anna went on a diet, the dangers of which she clearly underestimated. At that time, there were only 3 and not the most useful product in her diet menu – cabbage fat or cheese, coffee and beer. Samokhina did not hide this secret from fans and even spoke about it with special pride.

“I believe that every person should choose a diet for their body. At one time I drank sweet coffee and ate cheese. You start to lose weight very quickly, you have no appetite. I think every woman should find something that discourages her appetite .Who smokes – if it helps, for God’s sake.

There is excellent food, I think dry wine and cheese, which also reduces the appetite, but you are so drunk all day that… It takes three or four days to just not function. Go somewhere to rest. Since I have to work, I drink beer. And I feel completely normal, happy, fun,” — shared by Samokhina.

With such a diet, Samokhina really lost weight right before her eyes, but she did not even know what harm such a dangerous diet causes to the body. After Anna’s death, experts concluded that the stomach cancer that killed the 47-year-old star could be the result of her strict weight loss regime.
