“If You Leave” – this is Kirkorov’s return to his “big lyrics” that made him the king of pop music. This is a romantic, although not without tragedy, story of great love that is not prevented even by a breakup. The hero of the song, accompanied by exciting keyboards and sensual strings, promises his beloved that his feelings for her will never die.
Timed to coincide with the release of Philip Kirkorov’s new single, Nikolai Lebedev’s “Nuremberg” is a historical drama about the Nuremberg trials. Her heroes go through many trials and prove that love is the only thing that can save the world from dehumanization.
On the same day as the release of the single, the premiere of the music video for it will take place. The clip will also be directed by Nikolai Lebedev and cinematographer Sergey Machilsky. Philip Kirkorov himself takes the role of narrator in the video and appears in a new image initiated by the director.
“Nikolai Lebedev and I have been friends for a very long time and I regularly share my creative projects with him. A year ago I sent him a song written for me by my friend Andrej Reznikov. She is so unusual, beautiful, but she could not find a place in my program, and I decided to consult with Nikolai.

He said that he is making a very big film now, he told me his idea, and of course this film, this story, our history, the history of the world could not leave me indifferent, just as it will not leave indifferent anyone who comes to the theaters and watches this film.
Of course it is historical, it is about very serious events, but this is a film about love, about human values. I guess I had a special task to support the main line, the line about love, with this beautiful song. I want to be a mouthpiece of love in this difficult time and use the example of this film to demonstrate that without love it was never possible to win or survive. And in general, you can’t do without love,– says Philip Kirkorov about his new release.
“The film is not a history book, it is an emotion that is transformed into a new energy. I think that even so, we look at history from our point of view, from the point of view of personal experience. This is a story that no matter how the winds blow us, evil that may be all-encompassing, total, cynical – whatever, will still be defeated in the end. And this is a story about people who go through colossal disasters and manage to keep the strength of the mind, not to break. It’s a personal story for me, I actually told the story of my family in part in the film. It even has credits dedicated to my parents.” – says its director Nikolaj Lebedev about the film.
