“The court granted our claim in part and ordered Channel One to remove from its website the broadcasts of the programs ‘Tonight’, ‘Let Them Talk’ and the broadcast of the ‘Golden Gramophone’ ceremony, in which the song ‘To Hell with Love’ is played. This decision was made due to copyright infringement of my principal,” Rytvina explained.
