Alec Baldwin is accused of murder on the set of Rust. The actor pulled the trigger: the gun was loaded. Now the parents of the deceased, Olga Solovey and Anatoly Androsovich, as well as her sister Svetlana Zemko, filed a civil lawsuit.
Galina’s family lives in Ukraine. Relatives of the operator claim that if she had survived, she would have taken them to America. The Hutchins family is represented in court by human rights activist Gloria Allred.
“It is clear to us that all of our clients’ relationships have been disrupted and that they will not be able to live the way they would have if Galina was still alive. And Mr. Baldwin didn’t even apologize to them,” Gloria said. She emphasized that her charges were not trying to fill out papers for emigration to America, but Galina would not leave them in Ukraine under any circumstances.

The sister of the deceased calls Galina’s death the most terrible experience in her life. “However, the worst thing is to see the constant suffering of the parents and understand that their health is irreversibly damaged. For this reason, I want those responsible to really bear this responsibility. Letting it go and letting everything go unpunished is unacceptable,” Svetlana is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.
In early February, Alec Baldwin was accused of killing Galina Hutchins. Last fall, the actor entered into a settlement agreement with the husband of the late Matthew Hutchins.
