Stars of the American Dream. Alla Kluka’s two homelands

Alla Kluková’s parents were deaf and mute, and she and her two sisters were born perfectly healthy. But this did not save the girl from the ridicule of her classmates – the reason was the unusual appearance and surname. However, Alla did not lose heart and always remained optimistic, which helped her confidently pursue her goal and become an actress.

To enter the theater, Alla moved from Minsk to Moscow. Parents supported their daughter in every possible way and believed in her talent, but even they were surprised by the news that their daughter easily passed the exams at the Shchepkinskoye school and will study on the course of the famous Yuri Solomin.

At the beginning of her career, the girl seriously thought about changing her last name, but still decided to leave it, paying tribute to her father, and reasonably judged that she would choose an aspiring actress from the crowd. Alla started acting in films while still a student, when she was invited to play a role in the film “The Body”.

Alla Kluka’s play was called spectacular, and her non-standard type immediately attracted the attention of prominent directors. Proposals for filming fell like a cornucopia.

At that time, she had another great chance to show herself – “Sliver” sent the actress and her classmates to the USA for an internship, where the students got an unforgettable experience, got acquainted with a completely different culture and communicated in English.

Ironically, after returning to her homeland, the girl met a charming American twenty years older than her, with whom she began an affair.

Kenny Schaeffer – that’s Alla’s beloved name – invited the girl on vacation to the States. There he immediately called her down the aisle and she agreed almost without hesitation. In the first years after the wedding, the couple simply bathed in their feelings, their son Kibo was born, and everyone was completely happy.

Career successes followed: Alla was invited to join the Screen Actors Guild of America and starred in two series that became cult – Law and Order and The Sopranos. But she didn’t leave Russian cinema either. Pravda has always noticed how much the difference in mentality is manifested in American and Russian cinema. Actors in the US are more free and uninhibited.

In 1998, Klyuka starred in the comedy I want to go to jail, and in 2011, the director of this film, Alla Surikova, invited her to her new film The Perfect Couple. The actress gladly accepted the offer, partly because she was interested in the script, partly because things didn’t work out with her husband.

Then there was the multi-part film “Evlampia Romanova ..” based on the novels of Daria Dontsova. Before Alla received the script, she did not know the writer’s books. However, she coped with her task of getting used to the carefully prescribed image of an amateur detective perfectly well and fulfilled the expectations of many fans of Dontsová.

To do this, she and the director had to analyze the character for a long time, and carried away by the image of Evlampia, they did not notice how they were carried away by each other. Vladimir Morozov recalls that he fell in love with the actress even when she was auditioning.

But Alla decided to reciprocate after some time. When she realized she was ready to enter a new relationship, she went to the United States and told her husband everything. Together with her son, the actress returned to Moscow and it was not long before the wedding. The ceremony was attended by Kenny’s ex-husband, with whom she was able to say a friendly goodbye.

In 2003, there was an addition to the family – a son Ivan was born. Today, he and his brother Kibo live with their parents in the Russian capital. The younger, like his mother, dreams of becoming an actor.

Alla Kluka does not act in Russian cinema now, but in 2015 she starred in the American TV series Laura’s Secrets.
