The video shows that Lourdes tried to enter the lobby but was stopped by a security guard as she climbed the stairs. The voice-over at the beginning of the clip claimed that Lourdes showed up at exactly 6:00 p.m., the exact time the event was supposed to start.
The man the model arrived with spoke to officers for more than a minute, but both he and Lourdes were told the entrance was already closed. While the girl was trying to get into the show, bystanders could be heard trying to explain who she was to the officers. “Let her in, she’s a doll!” shouted one, while another witness asked: “Do you know who that is?”
Their efforts culminated in repeated chants of “Let her in!”. However, Lourdes was still rejected. Lourdes finally gave up and left, covering her face with one hand. Notably, the star has been named the face of the fashion brand’s spring 2021 campaign.

For the show, she dressed in a denim ensemble with a ripped coat. The model complemented it with a handbag made of the same material and heeled boots. The girl kept her hair loose, her face was decently made up.
