“My mother taught me not to be late. She said: “Take the time to learn the names of all the people on set and be kind to everyone. If you are not happy to be there and feel grateful, then there will always be those who will want to take your place. So even when I was very tired, wanted to go home, or felt lonely, I reminded myself how lucky I was. She also told me, “I regret recording so little. You think you’ll remember all those amazing moments forever, but one day you realize it’s hard to even remember what the shoot was like, where it happened, and when. And so I started writing a diary.”
