Scarlett Johansson started her acting career as a child. The little girl was very impressed by the musical “Meet Me in St. Louis” with Judy Garland. Thanks to this, Johansson made her debut in the 1994 film North, and the year before she came to the casting for the film Jumanji. At the audition, the nine-year-old girl looked very convincing.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to get the role of Judy Shepard Scarlett – it was given to Kirsten Dunst, who later also became a Hollywood star.

The film was finally released in 1995 and became one of the highest grossing projects of the year. With a budget of “only” $63 million, it grossed $263 million at the box office. And today, the comedy fantasy about how a board game turns an ordinary city into a jungle is a real Hollywood classic.
