Alla Pugacheva is a very secretive person, which makes her even more interesting for her fans. The prima donna is one of the few personalities in our country who are literally adored. And most importantly, it’s always been that way.
Alla Borisovna has long since finished her career and is now enjoying a well-deserved rest. Together with her husband and children, they live in the Moscow region, and not so long ago they flew to Israel, where, as they say, they also have real estate. We decided to collect information and tell about all the houses and apartments of Alla Pugacheva – in Russia and abroad.
- Let’s start with the obvious and familiar. Pugacheva Castle and Galkin in the village of Gryaz. The six-story villa with an area of about 2.5 thousand square meters (and the site itself occupies a hectare of land) stands on top of an 11-meter hill and offers beautiful views. In 2021, the cost of the castle was estimated at $10 million.
- Penthouse in Cyprus. A few years ago, it was revealed that Galkin and Pugacheva had invested in real estate of about 500 square meters in Limassol, which allowed them to apply for Cypriot citizenship. The penthouse, which is located in an elite area on the first coast, cost the couple 2 million euros, but the investment returned almost immediately: today their Cyprus housing costs five times more.
- Four-room apartment in Moscow. This is Alla Borisovna’s first elite property, which she received as a gift from the state under Brezhnev. The apartment is located on Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street 1, and this house is easy to recognize: Primadonna’s fans always hang out there, hoping to meet her.
- Another apartment of Alla Pugacheva on Filippovsky Lane is a gift from former son-in-law Ruslan Baysarov. It is small (only about 200 square meters), but it is located in a beautiful place – 5 kilometers from Red Square and from the windows you can see the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
- Cottage in the village of Malye Berezhki. On the bank of the Istra dam stands a house with an area of about a thousand square meters. The 50-acre site has all the conditions for a comfortable stay – a spa house, hot tub, swimming pool, tennis court, guest bungalow, servant house, pier with personal access to the water and a garage for several cars. Some time ago, this property became the property of Christina Orbakaite, and now, as they say, the prima donna’s grandson Nikita lives there with his wife Alena.
