Death in Hawaii: 'Terminator' actor Earl Boen dies of lung cancer

Earl Boen died in Hawaii. His relatives informed about it. The actor was battling cancer. In the fall of 2022, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.

Robert Patrick, who co-starred with Earl in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, paid tribute to him. “Very sad to hear that Earl Boen has passed away. He was an amazingly gifted actor and a good guy. My condolences to his family,” Patrick wrote on the social network.

Earl Boen was born on November 7, 1945 in New York. There are 200 films in his filmography. He is best known for his role as psychiatrist Peter Silberman in the films Terminator (1984), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003). He has also starred in films and TV series, My Stepmother Is an Alien, Baywatch, Santa Barbara, The Odd Couple 2 and more.

Boen married actress Carol Keane in 1970. She died on April 23, 2001 of ovarian cancer. She was 58 years old. The actor is survived by his second wife Kathy, daughter Ruby and grandchildren Kimmy Abarisia and Kimo Harbin.
