“If you translate the terminology into common language, then Razin was defeated today. Yes, he can file a complaint with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. But his chances there are close to zero. “In addition, all of Razin’s agreements with the rights to the songs of composer Sergey Kuznetsov, including foreign persons from “enemy countries”, are invalid,” the lawyers of Yuri Shatunov’s family told AiF.
The creator of “Tender May” and the band’s car hits, Sergey Kuznetsov, died at the beginning of November. The artist was 58 years old.
