The honored artist of Russia became a defendant in criminal proceedings. Employees of the Penza anti-drug department received operational information that the theater and film star was involved in the trafficking of prohibited substances.
Searches took place in Ramili’s house in the village of Marushkinskoye near Moscow. Amphetamine and cocaine weighing 0.05 grams were found in one of the rooms. Law enforcement officers also examined the car of the actress of the Russian Academic Youth Theater. In the interior lining, they found several bundles with a total weight of about two kilograms. They were sent for testing which showed it was mephedrone.

A graduate of the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Art and Culture was taken for questioning by the police department. The court decided on the choice of a preventive measure in the form of detention. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against Ramila Iskander for the production, sale or transfer of narcotics on a particularly large scale, the Baza Telegram channel reports.
According to the law, the actress faces a sentence of 15 to 20 years or life imprisonment. In addition, if the court finds her guilty, she will have to pay a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
