Vladimir Ivanovich died on June 10, but this became known only now. The artist spent his best years in Moscow. He was buried at the Artyomovsky cemetery in the city of Merefa, Kharkiv region.

Vladimir Prikhodko was born on October 24, 1933 in the city of Merefa in the Kharkiv region. He graduated from culinary school and then worked in a factory. At the age of 25, he was injured, after which he unexpectedly enrolled in a theater studio. After graduating in 1961, he came to Moscow and entered the department of musical comedy at the Gnessin Musical College.

The first work in his acting career was shooting in the film “Optimistic Tragedy”. “I just started studying, they call me to Mosfilm, where I left my photos,” they offer me to play a sailor in the film about revolutionaries “Optimistic Tragedy,” recalls Prikhodko. “During these first serious shootings, I met an amazing actor without grades and just a kind person – Vyacheslav Tikhonov, who supported me more than once in my life, and not only with advice.”

Thanks to the role of Stirlitz in the TV series “Seventeen Moments of Spring”, the committee of cameramen Prikhodko regularly checked the rate per shooting day. At first he received only 10 rubles, but over time this amount increased to 37.50 (the highest category actors earned about 50 rubles per day).

In 1965, he played a fifteen-day-old man in the comedy Operation Y and Shurik’s Other Adventures. In the same year, he started acting in a major film adaptation of War and Peace, winning the role of the main soldier. In the movie “Gentlemen of Fortune” he played a driver, in the TV series “Eternal Call” – a prison guard, in the movie “And it’s all about him” – the foreman of loggers Pritykin, in the movie “Citizen Nikanorova is waiting for you” – Klyuev, in “You and I did not dream … “- taxi driver.

Vladimir Ivanovich starred in 55 films. In 1989, Prikhodko played in the drama “Law”, which was his last film work. After that, the actor returned to his mother’s house in the city of Merefa, near Kharkiv, and after the divorce, he left the Moscow apartment to his ex-wife and daughter. He lived there until his death – in the company of a dog, a cat and his beloved Chaliapin, whom he listened to from records every day.

In December 2020, the actor of the film epic The Eternal Call, who played Ivan Savelyev, died. Nikolai Ivanov was 77 years old. He had been seriously ill in recent years.

Two years ago, the actor of the series “Eternal Call” and “Liquidation” Yuri Lakhin died. He was 68 years old. Doctors said the artist was not suffering from the effects of the coronavirus infection.

In April, the Russian People’s Artist, who played Semyon Savelyev in the TV series Eternal Call, died suddenly. Vladimir Borisov was 75 years old.
