“Paradoxical thing”: Philip Kirkorov’s son spent 10 million rubles to create a fashion collection 06/20/2023, 13:15

The son of the People’s Artist of Russia will be 11 years old on June 29. Philip prepared a special gift for Martin – the first show of his clothing collection. Previously, the student repeatedly appeared on the stage as a model, and now he has become a designer. Two years ago, he drew sketches of outfits inspired by his sister Alla Victoria.

Designer Anika Kerimova, a close friend of Kirkorov, helped bring the collection to life. “A paradoxical thing: the unlimited imagination of children, the lack of an internal framework created by adult experience, traditions and market conditions, made it possible to create really interesting, not even things, but works of art,” the 56-year-old – wrote on his blog the old pop king.

Filip is glad that Martin did not follow in his footsteps and become a singer. He believes that cult designers Valentin Yudashkin and Vyacheslav Zaitsev, who died recently, should be replaced by young professionals.

Anika is happy that she could help the young talent bring his ideas to life. “I found out that Martin creates absolutely amazing clothes by accident. Once I came to visit Philip’s house and Martin showed me the drawings. I looked and was shocked: finished sketches! And she invited him to a joint collection. The boy really has very great skills in the field of fashion design. He is very developed and talented,” said Kerimová.

The designer took Martin’s 15 sketches as a basis and supplemented them with several dozen other images in the concept drawings. The collection turned out to be summer, it is made in bright colors. The boy participated in the process, made his own adjustments. “You can see that he really likes the fashion industry. I think that if necessary, he can become one of the brightest designers in Russia, ”says a friend of Kirkorov.

According to Kerimová, she immediately decided that the collection would be luxurious. Models were created using silk, Swarovski stones, feathers. Each outfit is unique, a lot of handwork, embroidery, so the cost turned out to be big.

“It took more than ten million rubles to create a collection with Martin. The line is expensive because all the clothes are made of the highest quality materials. After the departure of Western brands, many asked themselves: “What are we going to wear now?” And it turned out that it was only beneficial. There is a huge amount of talent here. Martin is a shining example of this,” assured the designer.

The ex-husband of Alla Pugacheva directed the process. Despite his busy schedule, the singer lives for the sake of his children. “Such touching feelings between father and children are rarely seen now, it’s a joy to watch,” said Anika during an interview with StarHit.
