We all know by now that Tesla boss Elon Musk occasionally comes up with unusual ideas. However, we didn’t see beer from the car manufacturer coming. GigaBier, as Tesla calls it, is an exclusive and expensive beer.
As one of the richest people on this planet, Elon Musk does what he pleases. With that he cancels the sentence boys stay boys to a new level. For example, Musk previously launched a Tesla Roadster into space and founded The Boring Company, which has a name, among other things, flamethrowers and a perfume burn hair sold. He also invented and produced “Teslaquila” (which Mexico couldn’t laugh at). To top off the Tesla-enthusiast’s drinking night, Musk now comes up with a beer inspired by the Cybertruck.
No Cybertruck yet, but already GigaBier
The cyber truck? Yes, this futuristic-looking pickup that appears to have been designed by a 6-year-old who was a little too enthusiastic about playing with a ruler. Tesla fans have been waiting for the Cybertruck for years. Production was originally supposed to start in 2021, but the production date was pushed back again and again. Now it looks like Cybertruck production will start later this year. This pick-up was considered for the design of the angular beer bottles. “Each bottle has a seamless, glossy black sleeve with a Glow in the dark Giga watermark,” Tesla writes on his beer page.

The Star Trek-worthy pick-up can be delayed, the GigaBier can’t. Tesla beer can already be ordered. Like many other lagers, GigaBeer contains 5 percent alcohol and is made with malted barley and yeast. However, the similarities stop there. The beer that is brewed in Germany is not made with hops but with “cyber hops”, whatever that may be.
Tesla beer thirty times more expensive
In addition, you don’t pay a mean price for the golden yellow rascals. A pack with three beers of 330 milliliters each costs 89 euros, i.e. around 90 euros per liter. This makes the beer more than thirty times more expensive than a standard beer from the supermarket, which costs less than 3 euros per liter. Still fancy a sip of GigaBeer? Then you can order the Tesla lager beer here.
