These are the 10 most disappointing cars according to American research

Buying a car is a big investment for many. So making a choice can be difficult. Of course, after you have made your decision, you hope that you are satisfied with your car. However, this is not always the case. These ten most disappointing cars give you the lowest chance of being happy with your car.

US Consumer Reports asked members if they would buy the same vehicles they already own. The cars that perform worst can be found in this list. Some of the cars are not for sale in the Netherlands.

According to American research, these are the ten most disappointing cars

  1. Kia fort

Although you may not be familiar with the Kia Forte, it is very well known outside of Europe. The South Korean sedan is an equivalent of the car we know as the Ceed.

In examining the disappointing cars, the Kia Forte fared poorly. Only 51 percent of buyers would buy the sedan again

  1. Nissan Altima

The Nissan Altima is also unknown in Europe. Like the Kia Forte, the sedan would only be bought again by 51 percent of buyers.

The Nissan Kicks is the American variant of the Nissan Juke. Only 49 percent of buyers would buy the car again. This makes the Nissan one of the ten most disappointing cars.

The Volkswagen Taos is a size smaller than the Tiguan and larger than the popular T-Roc. The Taos would only be bought again by 48 percent of buyers.

The Kia Seltos is a compact SUV that cannot be bought in Europe. 48 percent of American owners who took part in the survey would not buy the car again.

You can also buy the Mercedes-Benz GLA in the Netherlands. Only 45 percent of buyers would invest in the model again.

Only 40 percent of buyers of the Infiniti QX50 would order the car again.

  1. Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport

You’ve probably never seen the atlas. And that’s understandable, because the model is mainly made for the North American and Asian markets. The SUV was never available in the Netherlands. However, some specimens were imported. Many of the US buyers surveyed are dissatisfied with their car. Only 38 percent would buy the car again. This makes it the most disappointing car in the survey.
