Seidl on Alfa Romeo
Seidl once again succeeds Frédéric Vasseur, who has been appointed General Manager and Team Principal at Ferrari. The German has been team boss at McLaren for four years. He will join a team that will operate under the Alfa Romeo name for another year. From 2026, Audi will join the Sauber team as a new engine supplier. “This is a team with a rich history in Formula 1 and an organization that I know very well,” Seidl said of his new team.
