These are the most powerful RS 6 and RS 7 from Audi

Audi comes with the most powerful version of the RS 6 and RS 7 to date – from its own factory. These are the performance models from the manufacturer Igolstaste.

The RS 6 and RS 7 are the absolute top of the range of the A6 and -7. With 600 hp and 800 Nm of torque from a 4.0-liter V8, both models have more than enough power. But there are always enthusiasts who want more.

Audi RS 6 and RS 7 Performance, the strongest

If you want more power in your Audi RS 6 or RS 7, you can contact Abt or another tuner to have your power plant or Sportback tuned. However, you can now also opt for the performance variant at Audi.

The eight-cylinder delivers 630 hp and 850 Nm of torque in both models. With these 30 hp and 50 Nm additional torque, the RacingSports from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, 0.2 seconds faster than the standard RS 6 and RS 7.

Not just engine upgrades

The faster sprint is not only due to the increase in performance. By using less insulating material, the cars weigh 8 kilos less than the “normal” models. The weight of the most powerful RS 6 is 2,090 kilograms, the most powerful RS 7 is another 25 kilograms lighter.

The eight-speed tiptronic transmission has also been revised. According to Audi, the machine has become even faster. In addition, the car steers more precisely and the center differential is lighter, more compact and ensures even more driving dynamics.

The most powerful Audi RS 6 and RS 7 are equipped as standard with the RS dynamic package with a top speed of 280 kilometers per hour. Want even harder? Then you can tick Dynamic Package Plus. The limiter then allows a maximum speed of 305 kilometers per hour. In order to brake again from this speed, there are also carbon-ceramic brakes.

You will find standard 21 inch wheels for these brakes. You can also opt for 22 inch wheels. These 22-inch wheels offer better brake cooling, are around 5 kilograms lighter than the 22-inch wheels on the standard version and feature Continental Sport Contact 7s.

The color palette of the Audi RS 6 and RS 7 will also be adjusted. You can now also opt for matte and metallic Ascari Blue and matte Dew Silver. The exterior accents are matt as standard. However, you can opt for a matte carbon package.

Most expensive Audi RS 6 and RS 7

The price of the Audi RS 6 and RS 7 Performance in the Netherlands is not yet known. An Audi RS 6 is available in the Netherlands from just over 196 grand. An Audi RS 7 Sportback has a starting price of more than 202 grand.
