F1 boss Stefano Domenicali praises the initiative. “Everyone should be given the chance to achieve their dreams and Formula 1 wants to do everything it can to become more diverse and design circuits in this beautiful sport,” he said in a comment. “The F1 Academy offers female drivers the best chance to achieve their ambitions and possibly one day move up to Formula 3 or Formula 2 and who knows, Formula 1. The more options there are, the better.”
