This is the most “enduring” Bentley Bentayga: the Odyssean Edition

The biggest problem of the 21st centurySte Century is perhaps the climate and how we deal with it. Now you can glue yourself to a table to make a statement, but you can also make the most sustainable product possible. Bentley tries the latter.
Although this Bentley Bentayga Odyssean Edition is the longest-lasting Bentayga, you might be wondering if it deserves the ‘durable’ label. A large SUV cannot really be produced sustainably yet.
The most sustainable Bentley Bentayga is not really sustainable
Under the hood of the longest-lasting Bentley Bentayga is a 3.0-litre V6 which, in conjunction with an electric motor, produces 456 hp and 700 Nm of torque. The colossus sprints from 0 to 100 in 5.3 seconds. The top speed is 254 kilometers per hour.

Fully electric, you can drive up to 45 kilometers. The same power sources and batteries can also be found in the new versions of the Hybrid S and Azure.
Slightly less “bad” than other Bentley Bentaygas
Although the powertrain is electrified, it is anything but sustainable. Such a big SUV is indeed bad for the environment. Still, this Bentley Bentayga Odyssean Edition is a little less bad for the planet than the other Bentaygas.

It’s because of the interior. 90 percent less paint was used for the wood of the center console. Bentley still chooses real leather and wool. However, according to the English, this is sustainable due to its long service life.
A fully electric model by 2025
Although the manufacturer might want to give you the illusion that this is a sustainable car, of course it isn’t. Only 70 copies of this special version come onto the market. If you want to drive fully electric, you have to wait a little longer. Bentley will launch an all-electric car in mid-2025.
