The German tuner Manhart doesn’t care about a BMW or Mercedes this time, but rages on a Porsche 911 Turbo, which is renamed “TR 800”.
Manhart is no stranger to tuning. The company is known for its black and gold cars and solid performance upgrades. This Porsche is different, despite its orange look.
Known recipe with a different dye
Under the skin, Manhart does what it has already done to many models. The Porsche 911 Turbo gets a performance kit. These include upgraded turbos and a larger intercooler. The exhaust system is replaced by a stainless steel system with a flap function and special downpipes.

All new hardware is controlled by custom software. The software of the eight-speed gearbox of the Porsche 911 Turbo was also adapted by the tuner. Everything together ensures a performance increase of 183 hp and 165 Nm of torque.

The 3.7-litre six-cylinder boxer engine now delivers 833 hp and 965 Nm of torque. This power is distributed to four wheels. The company does not yet know how fast the car can complete the zero to one hundred sprint and what the top speed is.
The Porsche 911 Turbo not only gets an increase in performance
But a Porsche 911 Turbo can’t just call itself a Manhart TR 800 with engine upgrades. Lowering of around 30 millimeters and special black concave one rims with orange details are also part of the upgraded German sports car.

Finally, the tuner screws some cabron fiber parts onto the body. For example, the diffuser, rear spoiler and large bumper lip ensure a more impressive appearance. Of course, this Manhart creation also comes with decals, although these are less conspicuous than the gold decals seen on many of the tuner’s other models.
It is not entirely clear how much the entire kit including assembly costs. However, we can give you an idea based on the individual part prices. If you tick all the options, an amount of 92,363 euros will appear at the end of the line. As always with Manhart, all parts are sold separately and you can therefore only opt for a performance upgrade of your Porsche 911 Turbo.
