Bugatti Veyron from the legendary viral video gets a second life

You may remember the video of a Bugatti Veyron landing in a lake in 2009. The car from the legendary viral video is now getting a second life.

The video was shot 14 years ago. Although it initially looked like an accident, the driver has since been convicted of insurance fraud. He intentionally drove the hypercar into the water. The man has served his nine-month prison sentence.

Bugatti Veyron gets new life

Now the Bugatti Veyron from the viral video is getting a second life. Houston Crosta of Royalty Exotic Cars purchased the car in 2021. Nothing has been done to the car in the meantime.

Houston Crosta has a lot of experience modifying cars and shares the entire project on his YouTube channel. Currently only part 1 can be seen.

A new Bugatti Veyron cost around 1.8 million euros at the time. For that money you got a car with an 8.0-liter W16 and four turbos. The engine produces 1,001 hp, and in the Super Sport the engine even produces 1,200 hp.
