Lexus LBX Prices – This is the Toyota Yaris Cross price with claims

If you wanted to be able to casually say in the pub that you drove a Lexus, you previously had to have at least 47 grand in your pocket for a UX. So the Lexus LBX makes showing off a lot easier.

The LBX is the most compact Lexus ever. It shares its technical basis with the Toyota Yaris Cross and is therefore a compact crossover (SUV, so to speak). And that works wonders for the price.

Lexus LBX not electric

Admittedly, the Lexus LBX is 8,000 euros more expensive than the Toyota, but also 11,000 euros cheaper than the Lexus UX. It costs at least 35,995 euros and for that you get the basic version with 136 hp.

To be clear: the LBX is not an electric car, but a hybrid. Its powertrain consists of a 1.5-liter three-cylinder and an electric motor, which together produce 136 horsepower.

Front or all-wheel drive

The LBX is available with front-wheel drive or an AWD system. With their 136 hp, both reach a limited top speed of 170 km/h. Since the all-wheel drive is heavier, the sprint to 100 km/h is slightly slower: 9.6 instead of 9.2 seconds.

Slightly larger than Yaris Cross

Compared to the Toyota Yaris Cross, the LBX is about the same length, 4.19 meters, with a slightly longer wheelbase: 2.58 meters. There is space for 402 liters of luggage in the rear (in the AWD version it is only 317 liters). With the rear seats folded down, the trunk volume is 994 liters.

Standard equipment LBX

The basic version of the Lexus LBX, which costs 35,995 euros, has, among other things, air conditioning, a reversing camera, adaptive cruise control, 17-inch alloy wheels, a 9.8-inch infotainment screen with voice control and a fabric interior as standard.
