When a car is flashed, it is not a world first. But in this case yes! A dog was caught speeding in Trnava, Slovakia. But who gets the fine?
It’s a bizarre photo. The dog in the Skoda Kamiq drove 10 kilometers too fast and was flashed. The owner of the car, a 31-year-old man, explains how one of the best lightning photos of all time was taken.
Dog is flashed in the car
The owner reported that the dog jumped onto his lap. Of course, the fine goes to the owner of the animal and the car. It is unclear whether the man was fined simply for speeding or for failing to secure his dog.
In the Netherlands there is no obligation to tie your dog in the car. This is the case in many other countries. For example, if you drive to Germany, you risk a 50 euro fine if you don’t keep your pet in the car. Even in the event of a collision, it is often safer if your four-legged friend is strapped in.
As you can see, it is not always advisable to let your pet loose in the car. You can also get a car leash for your dog for just a few euros.
