They ran over the man who helped the ducklings cross the street

Male, resident in Californiahe was hit and killed by a car after heroic help duck family cross a busy highway.

The Good Samaritan parked his car on the side of the road and escorted the mother and her family of ducklings through the intersection of Park Drive and Stanford Ranch Boulevard.

While doing a good deed, a man was run over by a 17-year-old female driver. He died while his children watched the scene from the family car.

Police say the teenager remained at the scene and is fully cooperating with the investigation.

The sweet act was filmed by 12-year-old William Wimsatt, the son of another driver.

“He got out of the car, he was chasing the ducks, everyone was clapping because he was so nice. He helped them up onto the sidewalk because the ducklings were having trouble.“, said the young man.

The Wimsatt family thanked the man for his good deed, but moments later he was hit by a car traveling east on Stanford Ranch Boulevard.

After the incident, William’s mother got out of her car andHe offended the sons of man who were sitting in the man’s car and witnessed the collision.

“He was the only person who got out of the car and tried to help them and probably the best person in the whole area.” It’s not fair,” William said.

The authorities are investigating the accident, and the locals brought flowers to the scene of the accident.
