The land in the village of Berezhki in the Moscow Region has been owned by the singer since the 1990s. A few years ago, Pugacheva gave a dacha on the Istra to Nikita Presnyakov, who held noisy parties there with friends.

Recently, a house with a size of 800 square meters appeared on a real estate website. The plot, with a six-bedroom cottage, a cinema, a swimming pool and its own jetty, was allocated a cost of 225 million roubles.

However, today it turned out that the court prohibited the sale of the property to the star family. As it turned out, the singer rented a piece of land near the coast from the local authorities. The beach belongs to public places, which means that it cannot be redeemed.

The next installment was not paid on time: the singer did not pay the debt in the amount of 44 thousand and 7 thousand fines. The district management turned to the court. The sale of the cottage is not yet possible.

“Restrictions can be imposed judicially due to any sanctions – tax, rent arrears and so on. I believe it is precisely because of Alla Pugacheva’s debt for the rented land. To enforce financial obligations, the legislator blocks the sale and purchase transaction. In any case, restrictions are imposed only by the court, and they are carried out by bailiffs, ”explained Andrey Alyoshkin, a star lawyer, in an interview with KP.

Alla Pugacheva has been living with her family in Israel since February last year. The singer was not banned from returning to Russia.
