“I really liked her, she was nice and sweet,” says the boy (9). She also didn’t scream as loud as the others. And she was really good at school, not like me,” he says. She was annoyed by many, even very often, and therefore often cried. “And just because she was just a little bit fatter, I always thought it was really mean,” he adds.
The girl († 10) he is talking about is no longer alive. Lena* was killed, presumably by another child (11) who bullied her. The act happened three weeks ago in the German town of Wunsiedel in the house of St. Josef. There is still fear.
As “Bild” reports, the alleged perpetrator has long been aggressive towards other children in the home. He attacked and beat her, including with a baseball bat. He also panicked at school, injuring teachers and sparking a police operation.
“The janitor cleaned the roof once, and then thick chunks of mud fell down,” the boy begins to describe in the ‘View’ report. The aggro boy then took these and threw them at him. When the nine-year-old asked him to stop and threatened to tell the educators, the situation escalated even more. “He ran to a bush and pulled out a hidden baseball bat. Then he hit me in the back, really hard.”
He was in pain for days after the attack. A teacher’s response to the incident: The victim is to blame. “Why are you always fighting?”
The later alleged criminal would have proudly told that he had smuggled the baseball bat into the house in a bag. “After he hit me, he hid it somewhere else, but the teachers didn’t really look for it either. He was bad and mean, always,” his victim accuses.
The report also contains new details about the murder. The dead woman was supposed to sleep in a hobby room, but she was found in the suspect’s room the morning after the crime.
“Suddenly the police came, then the ambulance, we were just having breakfast. We were no longer allowed to go outside,” said the resident. But he sneaked into the toilet and saw from there how the alleged perpetrator first ran away and was then caught by the police.
The boy, who was placed in the St. Josef home with his two siblings, would come from difficult circumstances. He and his siblings had already become notable. The boy is now in a secure facility. There he was “placed preventively”. (nad)
