At her school in Legazpi, teacher Mary Joy Mandane-Ortiz has asked her students to make hats out of paper so that they can’t copy during midterm tests. She was inspired by a report in which students in Thailand wear paper earflaps during an exam.
But the students of Mandane-Ortiz were not satisfied with simple ‘paper ears’. They let their creativity run wild.
