On Friday, Philipp Studhalter (48) will stand for re-election as president of the Swiss Football League (SFL). He led the nine-member SFL committee for two years. He would only like to be re-elected by the General Assembly for the next term.
Studhalter’s chances are good. He is the only candidate. This despite the fact that his former employer FC Luzern, where he was president and CEO, reported him. But the ad doesn’t seem to be causing controversy in the league.

In addition to the previous Michele Campana (Lugano), David Degen (Basel), Urs Egger (independent member), Wanja Greuel (YB) and Matthias Hüppi (St.Gallen), Patrick Burgmeier (Vaduz), Sandro Burki (Aarau) and Tiziano are new candidates Sorrenti (Xamax) and Vincent Steinmann (Lausanne-Sport).
