This governs the operation of the systems designated for the reserve for the period from Thursday (December 22) to May 31, 2023, as announced by the Federal Office of Energy. Limit values ​​of the Clean Air Ordinance and the limitation of the number of operating hours are temporarily lifted for the systems.

The Department for Environment, Transport, Energy and Communication (UVEK) specifies individual measures to limit noise and air pollutants in the operating permits for the installations.
