The subdistrict court of Valais confirmed the verdict at first instance, but increased the sentences for the two defendants. The former mayor is punished with a suspended fine of 50 daily rates. The former municipal secretary will receive a conditional fine of 30 daily rates, the subdistrict court announced on Thursday.
