The Dow Jones Industrial extended its 1.6 percent loss from last week and fell another 0.58 percent to 32,936.41 points. Thus, it closed at its lowest level since May. The market-wide S&P 500 index decreased by 0.17 percent to 4217.04 points. Nasdaq 100 index, which consists mainly of technology stocks, increased by 0.30 percent to 14,604.85 points.
