Oscar 2023: Awards predictions, according to ‘Variety’

The race for the Oscar is in its final phase, the award ceremony will take place on March 12, and as expected, the forecasts of the specialized media did not take long to give an idea of ​​what could happen at the gala award.

Just 24 hours ago, the magazine awards circuit “Diversity”, where all awards news and related content is tracked throughout the year, predictions for all 23 categories of the 95th Oscars released.

all categories are important, however, attention always falls on the main ones such as “Best Film”, “Best Director”, “Best Actor”, “Best Actress” or “Original Screenplay”.

In this sense, in Panama America We consulted the predictions “Diversity” to see who the potential winners are in the major categories.

“The best movie”

“Everything everywhere and at once”distributed by A24 and with 11 Oscar nominations, “feels like an undeniable winner” after triumphing at several awards leading up to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

As for the other nominations “Top Gun: Maverick” “could win”, “Tár” “should win” and finally “Near” “should have been here”.

“Best Director”

In this category they will win Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinertdirectors of the film “Everything Everywhere All at Once”, which would make them the seventh youngest directors to win an Oscar.

Steven Spielberg “could have won”, would tie for the second biggest directorial wins in history, Todd Field (“Tár”) “should have won” and SS Rajamouli (“RRR”) “should have been here”.

“Best Actor”
