Okay, change your mind – show me your fondue chinoise dishes!

I’ve already said it here: I don’t really like Fondue Chinoise.

Yes, yes of course: a cozy atmosphere, cozy drinks and a generally pimped-up Christmas atmosphere all contribute to this. but actually …actually you just toss unseasoned chunks of meat into a bland broth and then drown them in artificially sweetened ready-made sauces. If you think about it honestly, you’ve eaten finer things.

«Nooooo! DEFINITELY no ready-made sauces! », but then it echoes from the ranks of the Swiss colleagues. Yes, the meat may be almost a minor issue, but at least at Christmas, when it’s supposed to be festive, all Sösseli should be homemade, or so the consensus goes.
