The series ‘The Gentlemen’ is currently conquering the Netflix charts. This is a gangster format based on the Guy Ritchie film of the same name. However, the leading role here is not again Charlie Hunnam (“Sons Of Anarchy”) or Colin Farrell (“The Banshees Of Inisherin”), but “The White Lotus” star Theo James. As Eddie Horniman, he inadvertently falls into the dirty machinations of the British underworld – and soon realizes that he feels quite comfortable among the crooks.

James is also aware that there are many actors who would fit the profile to play James Bond. In the interview, James explained that he would certainly like to embody another groundbreaking British figure – albeit from a historic era: “I know it’s been done so many times, but I’ve always liked the idea of exploring Henry VIII in a way that hasn’t been done yet.”
