Preparation:

  1. Place QimiQ in a bowl and beat with a whisk until creamy and no lumps remain.
  2. Add low-fat curd, fold and set aside.

Recipe 2: Herb Sauce

½ bunch fresh coriander
½ bunch Parsley
½ bunch chives
½ bunch chervil

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop all the herbs and add them to the QimiQ base sauce.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and top with Chinoise sauce garnish.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe 3: Mango curry sauce

½ Mango
¼ bunch Coriander
Something Curry powder (mild or hot to your taste)
50 grams Orange juice
Something Salt

Preparation:

  1. Halve the mango along the stone, score the flesh on both sides (see video), cut and chop finely along with the coriander. Add to base sauce with curry powder (to your taste).
  2. Season with a little orange juice and salt and pepper.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

1 to 2 garlic clove

  1. Prepare the garlic, crush it on a board and chop finely with a sharp knife.
  2. Add chopped garlic cloves to the QimiQ base sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

1 tablespoon green pepper (the more, the hotter)
Something green pepper juice
¼ bunch chives
Something granulated sugar

  2. Finely chop the chives and add some powdered sugar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.

3 tablespoons Mustard (mild or Djon mustard)
