The 45th Moscow International Film Festival was opened in the Rossiya cinema and concert hall on Pushkin Square. The program of the event included 202 films from 64 countries. The opening film was the drama Hyl by Boris Khlebnikov about the crew of a fishing boat caught in a storm. Nastasya Samburskaya, Alena Vodonaeva, Irina Gorbachova and other artists appeared at the ceremony.

Christina Asmus took to the red carpet in a daring way. The 35-year-old actress wore a silver sheer dress embroidered with many glittering crystals. The outfit was completed with a belt with feathers, which emphasized the waist of the star. The ex-wife of Garika Kharlamova did not wear a bra. High-heeled sandals completed her outfit.

Christina’s hair was pulled back into a neat bun. The actress of the drama “Text” chose discreet make-up. She refused jewelry or any other accessories. Asmus posed for photographers with a smile.

Her fans gave her many compliments. Some have compared her to Britney Spears.

MIFF guests can expect four competition programs with 42 films. The main one contains 12 films, two of which are Russian. For the first time, the program “Difficult Age” is presented outside the competition, which raises the problem of the relationship between children and the elderly.

MIFF will close with the Spanish-French film 42 Seconds by Alex Morello and Dani De La Orden. The film tells about the struggle with inner demons and the victory of the spirit. A total of 10 festival prizes will be awarded. Actress Irina Kupchenko has already taken over one of them from the hands of MIFF president Nikita Michalkov
