“An outsider touches me”: Yulia Vysotskaya called the massage ideal for weight loss 03/25/2023, 10:35

The wife and main muse of the 85-year-old director Andrej Končalovský enjoyed a luxurious vacation in the Maldives after a series of performances at the Mossovet theater. Julia posted beach snaps that prove she’s staying in great shape. In addition to proper nutrition and regular sports, massage helps her in this. It is a way to relax and sharpen your figure and eliminate many health problems.

“I love massages. To be honest, it took me a while to learn not to focus on someone else touching you. But once I got the hang of it, massage became my favorite form of relaxation. I’m generally not very good at doing nothing. Sometimes my husband tells me: “Go lie down, rest,” but somehow that’s not typical for me. Just lie down, “put down” the phone? It doesn’t work. But massage is a perfect well-deserved rest, “said Vysotskaya.

According to the actress, she tried different techniques. So sports massage helped her get rid of her back problems. Julia loves Ayurvedic massages, which she first tried in India. However, from this point of view, so much oil is spilled on the body that one feels discomfort for several days.

Now the star of the film “Shine” prefers udvartane, in this case the masseur does not use oil, but powder. Particles also get into the eyes and mouth, but are much easier to wash off. “It’s a very intense massage. It is even referred to as passive physical activity. I like it, the master spreads the powder so energetically and works through such deep layers that I really feel renewed after each session, ”said the Honored Artist of Russia.

As the star explained, the powder is made from a mixture of various medicinal herbs, spices, sandalwood particles and useful clay ground into a powder. As a rule, each master makes blanks himself, so the composition may vary. During such a massage, everything is worked out – from the skin, on which it acts like a peeling, to the muscles, joints and tendons.

“The blood circulation is very well activated, the access of oxygen to the cells is improved, the activity of the glands is normalized and the intensity of the metabolism increases. The indications are quite universal: injuries, diseases of the musculoskeletal system, chronic fatigue, insomnia, body shaping,” Vysotskaya added.

For those who want to lose weight, Julia recommended udvartana, because such an intensive massage removes excess water and “bad” cholesterol well.
