Working and doing what you love is the best way to prolong your youth. Moreover, he believes that aging is too old-fashioned, because in life people should not stop in their development and learn new things all the time.
Due to the nature of her work, Vera has to constantly look at the screen of the phone, computer and television. He believes that goggles designed to protect the eyes are extremely important to preserve the iris.
“We have to be careful because the damage will eventually catch up with us,” he warns.
Vera has also amassed an impressive collection of over a thousand pairs of sunglasses since 1973, when she was still an editor at Vogue.
Věra likes light and fast strength training and does not lift weights heavier than 1.5 kg. She only spends 5 minutes working out at the gym, but in her free time she likes to ride her bike and play golf. Wong admits she is a terrible player, even if she is “enthusiastic”.
Vera’s kitchen has two TVs, an ice cream freezer, a fizzy drinks fridge and a healthy food fridge. She also has a candy pantry, a cereal pantry, and a potato chip pantry, which she loves.
Wong also admits to indulging in fast food or donuts. Once, when she was busy filming with her team for several days, Vera ate at a hamburger every day.
“I know people say it’s all bad for the body, but I don’t think so. It’s not much worse than a lot of other things,” she noted.
Well, at least for Wong herself, all these life hacks are working—she looks amazing!
