One of the most famous golfers in the world is facing a long trial with a rejected lover who lived with him for six years in a civil marriage. Erica claims in a new lawsuit that Tiger sexually abused her at his home in Florida.

Herman is trying to void the non-disclosure agreement she says she was forced to sign with Woods. Preliminary documents do not describe the details of the alleged violence. The prosecutor merely checked “yes” under the question, “Does this case involve allegations of sexual assault?”

The first billionaire athlete, who made 90 percent of his fortune not on the field but through advertising, could lose big contracts after the allegations.

The woman claims the golfer convinced her to go on holiday in October last year and when she arrived at the airport with her suitcases, she learned guards at Tiger’s luxury estate had been ordered by him not to let her back.The statement also says the athlete’s representatives seized her personal belongings and embezzled $40,000 in cash she had at home. Additionally, she was made “offensive and defamatory allegations” about how she got the money.

According to the contract, Herman could live in the mansion in Hob Sound for another five years. she called the forced and fraudulent eviction a “neglect of duty”. The complaint says she provided “valuable services” at Woods’ request under an “oral rental agreement.” This gave her the right to live in the house for “a certain period of time”, according to the Daily Mail.

“All living expenses were fully covered by the defendant or his relatives. This agreement was fully implemented during the six-year period prior to the events that gave rise to this litigation. The duties performed by the plaintiff were extensive and unusual in nature in light of the general circumstances and environment in which she lived,” the lawsuit reads.

Herman claims the billionaire is pressuring her to keep quiet by blackmailing her with a non-disclosure agreement she thoughtlessly signed at the start of their affair.
